Castle Villas At Bluebeards, Charlotte Amalie

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms but lacks some amenities compared to others we've stayed in. The service, especially from Ms. Akeelah, was exceptional even though there were issues with refunds. The location is convenient to popular spots and boasts lovely surroundings. The dining options were good, and the facilities met our needs.

My stay at the hotel was exactly like I was expecting. The rooms, although mostly belonging to owners, were moldy. However, they did have a digital safe, iron, and ironing board, providing some convenience. The service, apart from the exceptional staff in the bar/grill area like Ms. Akeelah, was not real friendly or helpful overall. The location was not on a beach and needs a facelift but is convenient to yacht haven and downtown. The dining was good, especially the risotto. The facilities were very nice.

The hotel had lovely rooms that were beautiful, well-equipped, clean, and immaculate with newly placed tiles, furniture, and amenities. The service was exceptional, especially Ms. Akeelah providing great customer service. The location was a blast, convenient to the yacht haven, with a great view of the harbor. The dining experience was excellent with homemade pastries. The facilities were wonderful and always helpful, leading us to all the sights and great places to eat.
